For starters… there is a real, live, friendly person answering the phone (during business hours, of course)! Our sales and management team has over 50 years experience in the mailing industry, and we are happy to spend time with you, discussing your direct mail programs, making suggestions and giving advice where appropriate. You are encouraged to let us review your designs before going to print—if needed, we will even take them to the post office for comments.

We will always do our best to provide price estimates within a day, if not much sooner. We can also help with graphic design, printing, and list acquisition.

Our recent move to a much larger facility, along with the addition of sales, client service, data processing, and production staff, means that we have the capacity to handle just about any size project, and the personnel to see that every project is done right, on time, and within your budget.

Typical production time for projects is a mere 2-3 days, so you can be confident that your projects will be completed in a timely manner. Of course, very large or complex projects requiring handwork take more time, and we will advise you of the anticipated completion date when we start the project. Rush turnaround can be arranged too!

We'll be in touch with you throughout the production process, to advise you as components arrive, provide postage estimates, show you proofs for your authorization, and work with you on disposition of any overs.

Finally, after completion of your mailing, we really want to hear from you about the results of your campaign. Understanding what garners the best response is extremely valuable to us in helping our clients plan future successful campaigns.
